Whether you are a competitive athlete or a weekend warrior—or you are simply seeking to improve your health and boost your self-esteem—our Endurance Coaching team can create a program specially designed for you.

Endurance Assessment

· The first step is our comprehensive Olympic-caliber assessment to give us an understanding of your physiological strengths and challenges so we may determine your proper training levels and recovery methods. The results will provide the foundation for your individualized program, which may be accompanied by nutrition guidance, massage, and other appropriate strategies.

· This in-depth session, performed on a treadmill or bike with our Computrainers, measures various aspects of your physical performance, including flexibility, body composition, muscular strength and more. And we'll provide your results the same day so you can get started right away.

Individualized Coaching Program

· Run, swim, bike—or all three—with expert coaches who have the skills to guide you to your goals. Select a program of daily one-on-one sessions—or remote coaching. Train in our state-of-the-art facility in Rye, New York—or take your workouts on the road. The choice is yours.

Pedal Stroke Analysis

· If you’re a cyclist, we can help take the guesswork out of your performance. Whether you’re a recreational rider or racing enthusiast, cycling is not just about the bike. Using special software to analyze your pedal stroke and efficiency, instantaneous feedback is provided to help you optimize your performance. The results of your pedal stroke assessment will be used as a benchmark for the duration of your coaching program.

Endurance Cycling Classes

· This is not just another spin class! Bring your bike along, and under the supervision of one of our Endurance coaches, use one of our Road Machine Fluid Trainers to target specific components of your cycling fitness and technique. Happy riding!
